Refund Policy: The Freelancer Room

This is a no-refund community.
The Freelancer Room operates on a strict no-refund policy. The ₹499 founding member fee (+ 18% GST, total ₹235) is a one-time payment for lifetime access. The VIP Access Pass gives you access to 24 meetups starting from the day you sign up and the Unfair Advantage GPT both comes at ₹1999 including GST that can be bought separately and is non refundable as well. If within a period of one year, you're unable to attend all 24 meetups, your pass won't be passed on to the next year and will be revoked right after 24 consecutive meetups have passed from the day you purchased the pass whether or not you attend the events. The reason we do this is because we plan to grow and do bigger meetups in expensive venues and we won't be able to cover your charges after a year! This is stated clearly before you join, and by completing your payment you are agreeing to these terms.

No Refunds

All payments made to The Freelancer Room are final and non-refundable (for any given offer made by the community admins). Once your payment is processed, no refund will be issued, regardless of whether you attend meetups, engage in the community, or decide it is not the right fit for you.

This policy exists because access is granted immediately upon payment. You gain entry to the full community, all recorded meetups, all community zones, and everything inside the room the moment your payment goes through.

What You're Paying For

The founding member fee of ₹499 + 18% GST (total ₹589) gives you lifetime access to The Freelancer Room, a real, in-person freelancer community based in Odisha, meeting every two weeks without exception.

The VIP Pass allows you to pay for 24 consecutive offline meetup contributions that every member has to pay to attend the meetups. Even if the contribution goes up ₹200-300 per meetup at some point, if you're a VIP, your contribution amount is waived off.

This is not a course. Not a coaching programme. Not a subscription. It is a mastermind room where everyone teaches, everyone learns, and the value comes from the people you are in the room with. That access begins the moment you pay.

Removal from the Community

Lifetime access is conditional on remaining an active member. Members may be removed, without a refund, under the following circumstances:

Being inactive in the community for 30 or more consecutive days.
Missing four or more in-person meetups without prior notice.
Violating the Code of Honor, the standards every member agrees to uphold when joining.

Removal is non-negotiable and no refund will be issued in any of these cases. The room stays valuable because we protect the energy inside it.

Price Changes

The ₹499 founding member price is a limited-time rate available for a limited time. The price will increase soon. If you have already paid at the founding price, your access is locked in for life at that rate and no additional charges will ever be made.

Exceptions

We understand that unexpected situations happen. In the rare case of a verified duplicate payment or a proven technical error during the payment process, please reach out to us on WhatsApp immediately with proof and we will resolve it promptly.

This is the only circumstance in which a payment review will be considered. Change of mind, inactivity, or relocation do not qualify as exceptions.
